After the Class Action Suit: United States of America, Plaintiff, v. Fairbanks Caital Corp and Fairbanks Capital Holding Corp., Defendants, the Defendants have now changed their name to Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc. but all address are still the same as for Fairbanks Capital.

I want you to be aware even though Fairbanks was sued, Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc. are practicing the same scheme. As a matter of fact our monthly payments have increased, they are still charging escrow, late fees, other unexplainable fees and cost outstanding, loan level advance balance and enormous payoff statement fees. For example if your principle balance is 90,000.00 they are going to charge you around $5,000.00 in other calculated fees which are unexplainable.

How can you increase a person's monthly payment by $120 with a fixed interest rate in which their interest rate is already 10% plus. The United States Government needs to investigate this company and their practices as quick as possible, because they are still the SAME PEOPLE from FAIRBANKS with the same policy. To me this is a real true act of terroism to the American People. THIS IS TERROISM! Protect us from these swindlers!
