*Consumer Comment: FAIRBANKS STOLE OUR HOME TOO! I FILED A REPORT 1/3/08 READ MY STORY
I have not checked the site in a while... but I see that Fairbanks/SPS is still up to the same on tricks... Fairbanks stole my home almost 5 years ago ..a home that I paid $20,000 cash down ,wiped out my 401k trying to save my home.. and all for naught... Fairbanks is evil.... If there is a class action suit out there, or an attorney who can help, feel free to contact me .... I believe Fairbanks was the beginning of my health downfall because of the grief of losing my dream of a home

Fairbanks lives on. Where have all the victims gone? Why can't the government give us stimulus checks for our losses? The class action law suit was a scam-we received less than $2000! Our losses were $52000, financial ruin, emotionally destroyed and loss of faith in the FTC that was supposed to protect us from this thief in the night. We were one of the first to be hit in 2001 before we knew it was a national problem. So many voices went unheard. Our hearts and prayers go out to you all that lost your homes like we did.
