Fairbanks Capital Corporation ripoff trying to steal my home and money Jacksonville Florida

Fairbanks Capital took over the servicing of my mortgage 5 years ago. I immediately started having problems. We ended up in a ch-13 bankruptcy over it.

The company refused to credit my payments. They were listed as "unapplied balance" and not credited to my balance. This went on for one year. They told me I had not made a payment for over one year and I was going to lose my home.

I had cancelled checks for all payments. We ended up going all the way to federal court in June of 2002. The judge said I was current. Fairbanks' attorney said I owed $200.00. The judge said no.

We are trying to refinance, however, Fairbanks has never recognized the 6/2002 federal court order. They show that I am 4 months behind which I am not.

After getting a copy of my payment history we found that they charged my account $400.00 in attorney fees on June 22,2002. The exact amount the attorney wanted and the judge denied. On the same date they charged my account $200.00 for "corporate advancement". The exact amount the attorney claimed I owed and the judge said no. Who do they think they are to deny a federal court order!
I have suffered the same problems as other homeowners. Insurance applied when I already had it, late fees charged for payments made on time, and attorney and corporate advancement fees charged to my escrow for unknown reasons.

I have been charged drive by inspection fees sometimes weekly. My parents are buying my house because my credit is a mess due to this horrible company.
