Fairbanks Capitol Corp false promises ripoff Jacksonville Florida

Do not send pymt coupons or statements or follow up to fax or requests .....

How interesting to find this complaint site in regards to Fairbanks Capitol Corp when I was actually looking for their web site again.

ON Nov.7th,2002 I found their web site.Thank goodness I printed out any information it contained as tonight it no longer appears. I did call Fairbanks in Jacksonville, FLorida and asked why I did not receive a response to my faxed request for statements indicating pymt. history and property survey, they stated they did not receive my fax or any of the various verbal telephone requests previous to the fax. When I asked why I do not receive coupons ot statements I was told they are mailed every month despite that I never get them. I am in the process of my house on the market for sale and am grateful to read of the experiences that I will need to avoid during the payoff period.

I will try to ensure my next mortgage does not get sold to such an unethical, immoral company. I too am filing a complaint with all agencies in the state of Florida who are responsible to govern this type of business. See John from Charlotte N.C., his complaint and rebuttal on instruction in the proper way to file a complaint legally.

If you live in Florida I urge you to file a formal written complaint with 1)Federal Trade Commission,2) Governor Bush fl-governor@myflorida.com) FL Attorney General's Office'Division of Consumer Services at 1-800-435-7352 and request complaint form -fill it out- and submit. Educate other victims and government and this will type of business will come under scrutiny.
