Fairbanks Capitol Corp. ripoff outlandish ripoff late fees Jacksonville Florida

Contimortgage sold our loan to Fairbanks Capitol. Nothing but deception, outlandish fees, and down-right rudeness from the onset.

Two customer reps. never have same story.

Apply payments to wherever it suits their needs, even if specified on checks or in phone payments. When questioned about this we were told that their policy is that they can apply our money wherever or whenever they want.

Requested correspondence by mail only but continue to harass via telephone. Calls come anytime day or night.

When asked for documentation of fees will not send. Charging for life insurance fees that we did not authorize nor do they seem to know what it is for or why we have it.

We have been charged with PRE-FORCLOSURE fees at least 3 times of over $300.00 and only 30 days late once other times we were not even 12 days late on payments.
