we were bankrupt in 1996 chapter13 paid our house payment for us. After bankruptcy we had gotten a letter from nation credit saying fairbanks is taking over our mortgage and we have been in trouble ever since. We have been in courts with this since 2001 and won every case so far. The last time was aug 12th.
While in courts fairbanks sold our mortgage to Gmac mortgage and they was supposed to drop the 3 months on our credit report. It was supposed to cleared but they did keep their end of the deal. They are sorry people to do others that way. We all need help they are not scared of any one that was told to my husband on the phone courts or bankrupt don't mean nothing to them. People take some good advice and keep all of your receipts from any where.

My family is in courts with Gmac see report dated 4/30/2003,modified 10/2003.My claim somewhat the same as yours.After 2 years of in and out of court and winning them all they are just about begging me not to go to trail.TO BAD TO LATE!!!!! I have another pre trail in Feb and a trail set for March 2003.They are willing to pay all my lawers fee and back mortgage from March 2002 up to trail date,which I refuse this is mistakes on there part totally and you said you have all documents and if you do They do not have a leg to stand on and you must keep fighting.They have already taken every thing away from my family.money credit pride health etc.
Please stay strong for they are about to crumble. Keep faith pull together as family it may be hard God I know!!! Remember the truth will prevail.
