Never applied payments that didnt include the proper late fee's causing more late fee's. Made me pay for an Itemized statement that was not exactly itemized when it read (OTHER FEE'S - $45.00)????? and nobody could explain what the other fee's were when asked on the phone. they actually sounded irritated with my asking.

When we really do have a financial crisis and truely get behind they send us the ugly foreclosure notice. We got offered the forbearance agreement which required monthly payments of over $2,000.00 a month (there went christmas)

Well we couldnt do it so the forbearance was executed and the foreclosure notice was here again.

We got into a 2nd forbearance agreement which is a little less monthly but still very high AND it includes bogus late fee's and attorney fee's and foreclosure cost. THEY CANNOT DO THAT.

PLUS: The down payment we paid on the first forbearance was never applied !!!!!! I cannot find it anywhere in my calculations or on my statements !!!!!!!!!!! Where did it go? It was nearly $1,500.00

HAVE A LAWYER LOOK OVER EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU AGREE IN WRITING TO THESE CROOKS !!!!!!!!!!
