Placed order I needed for a customer of mine for my CCTV business. After a while no shipping information, nothing. Made all the usual phone calls and waited and absolutely no response. Emails are returned automatically and calls for a refund are NEVER returned. Service is utterly non existent. You get "so and so is on vacation" or "We are busy-we'll get back to you" and what you get is a big ZERO. No merchandise, NO call, NO nothing. I did business with this firm a few years ago and they were fine. Now they exhibit all the classic signs of a formerly successful company headed for an early bankruptcy. I had to do a charge-back with Mastercard as this company is not honest enough to refund your money. Stay far away !! I have found other suppliers and so can you. "Google" is a wonderful thing, but Fairfax Electronics of Los Angeles is just a waste of your time and certainly a waste of your money. You have been warned....

This report was just brought to my attention today and I felt it very important to respond though the report was written in 2006. Again I had no idea that this report exsisted online otherwise I would have rebutted earlier.

This customer was refunded thier money as soon has we determined that the parts were not available any longer. We take full responsibility that we were not able to fullfill thier need, but there are times when these things occur.

I am sorry that we have lost a customer, especially one that gave us such a raving comment in the past. This was and is posted on our site in earlier.

"You "guys" are great ! I could not believe the fast service ! Also you actually have PRODUCTS IN STOCK, NOT EXCUSES ! I'm just a "little" CCTV guy in the High Desert, but if this last order is any indication of your service level...well, I now have a new vendor !! My compliments ! (and thank you all too...) "
