I applied for a $5,000 personal loan in April. I was contacted by Gary Morgan, who faxed me the loan paperwork and told me I would need to pay a collateral payment of $911.06. I signed the loan paperwork and sent the payment by MoneyGram to Kristie Lowell in Alberta Canada.

The day the funds were to be deposited in to my account, I received another call from Mr. Morgan saying that the lender needed an additional payment of $900.00, which was sent once again to Kristie Lowell. Of course, I received a phone call from Mr. Morgan giving me the same excuse. The money is supposed to be refunded to my account on May 16, 2007, which I doubt will happen. P.S. Their 800# is disconnected!!
