My husband and I were approved to get a 15,000 dollar loan for our adoption. We were so excited! They said it would be in there within 24 hours after we paid the collateral payment of 1550.00 and then Gary Morgan called the next day and said that they needed another 1550.00 to secure a loan of that amount. So we sent the money and waited another 24 hours.

The next day Gary Morgan called again and said that the lender had backed out of the deal and they had found a different lender for us but it was for 30,000 so they needed another 1550.00 to secure this amount and they would pay 1550.00 out of their pocket since the first lenders backed out.

So being naive we sent more money and waited another 24 hours and then we got the call. The lenders would not accept the 1550.00 that Mr Morgan said he would pitch in to help us out. So then we told them to refund our money at this point. We are furious not only at the company but at ourselves also. They say the money will be refunded on May 31st 2007 but I doubt it will be. I am going to call tomorrow and make them send me papers to show that they are refunding so that at least I can use it against them. Someone Please Help

Pay in advance loans are all scams. For the record you never Western Union or MoneyGram anyone any money as it is the first indicator of a scam.

Before you assume anything ask yourself these questions:

1. Did I apply for a loan with this company?

2. Did you go online and research the company? Search for anything shady?

3. Did you ask them why they could'nt simply take the money out of the loan you've requested?

The plain and simple truth is the person you spoke with doesn't exist. It is a scam. Once they get enough suckers like yourself to pony up the money the number will be disconnected and they will begin again using different numbers and names.

File a report with the FTC and the local police, but it probably won't do any good.
