I believe that Resort West Management Group Ltd. sells time shares and then raises the annual assessment fees so high that many people are forced to return their vacation rights
The company is then free to resell . My fees went from $94.80 in 2004 to $303.60 this year.
I am one who will be forced to return my rights if it is even allowed. I am afraid that I will accumulate fees until I die or until my rights expire in 2047.
I am 60 years old,live alone,just surgery on my right kidney to remove cancer, live on $602.00 a month ssa. My home of 24 years still has a mortgage and my payments are $$566.58. These fees are to much for me but I believe they are unjust.
