Fairway Ford Damaged rims while in for service Burgaw North Carolina

I took my truck in to have oil changed, transmission serviced, rear end serviced. Service manager called and said I needed ball joints,I approved the work to be done.I picked up truck 1-19-17,came home and parked it. Saturday 1-21-17 I went out to wash the truck and noticed the rear wheels damaged.I call the Fairway Ford and spoke to the owner, he asked me to bring it in which I did, he was the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. The owner told me I would have to come back on Monday 1-23-17 when the service manager was in. I took my truck to the dealer Monday 1-23-17 and was told that they were not responsible for the damage, that it looked like a tire machine did it, BUT, it has the same tires that was on it when I purchased it 6 months ago.

We took the truck to an alignment shop that has been in this business for over 50 years and they said it was damage done by something put into the rims and was done recently. The dealer tried to say that we had new tires put on, but the same tires are on the truck that were on it when we purchased the truck. We paid the dealership $1600.00 cash for the work that was done to the truck, now we are having to pay an additional $300.00 to have the damage they did to the rims repaired. The owner along with the service manager treated me and my wife as if we were liars and we didn't know what we were talking about. We will never buy from Fairway Ford or go there for service again. I have never dealt with an owner with such an attitude and more or less call us a liar.
