VETERANS and ACTIVE DUTY BEWARE!!!! HUGE OVERCHARGE This mortgage Broker will say anything to get your business! Though the service appears to be friendly and knowledgeable, approach this company with extreme caution.
Grossly overcharged VA funding fee of Disabled Veteran and Active Duty in the thousands. From the broker to the underwriter, from the regional manager, the corporate office and lastly the loan servicing company, ALL promised to correct their negligent error.
Substantiated by numerous letters, texts and emails admitting their willful negligence, yet no action to correct it, leading up to a legal suit, filed in Bell County TX. Also a formal complaint with the State of Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending. We will continue to update posting as complaint and lawsuit unfolds.
