Fairy Chalk Mother's Marcy Johnson Refused to give refund after promising 100% refund if cancellation of order. Salem Utah

On February 8, 2018 I purchased a dining set from Fair Chalk Mother's after seeing it for sale on the company's facebook page. I corresponded with Marcy Johnson (owner) via text message and she sent me a paypal invoice for $599, which I promptly paid. A few days later I was given a dining set by a relative and texted Marcy to cancel the order. She responded on February 12th confirming the cancellation and said she would process the full refund later that day. Several days went by so I texted her again asking if she had processed the refund via paypal yet. She never responded. A week went by and I called the phone number, no answer and left a voicemail. 3 weeks later I still hadn't recieved any correspondence or refund so I filied a dispute with PayPal and my credit card company.

The dispute is currently underway but I am incredibly angry and disappointed that March Johnson claims over and over that any purchases are 100% refundable- even if they deliver it to your home and you decide you don't like it. My order was placed and cancelled in less than 4 days, it never went out for delivery and she REPOSTED the dining set on her Facebook page February 18th for sale! 

Whatever you do- do NOT purchase anything from this woman or her company.
