I recently ordered my daughter an outfit from fairy princess clothing for her third birthday. The website ask to allow 2-4weeks for delivery and even ask a date when needed by. My daughters birthday came and gone so I had to over night a different outfit from a dependable boutique for my daughters big day. I tried contacting the company and never got a response. About 2 weeks after my daughters birthday,(ordered 4weeks prior) still no outfit to be seen. I have called and left 3-4 voicemails and have left 3 emails for over a weeks time. Never got any response but they sure didn't have a problem taking my $71.  DO NOT depend on getting your items in time or at all for that matter. They are THIEVES.

After NUMEROUS calls, Katrina finally emailed me back about my order. She said her sewing lady was out for medical reasons and cancelled all orders...... Nice but, thanks for letting your customers know so they could make other arrangements. She also said she looked at the payment history and couldnt find my payment. She's the one who emailed me an invoice that showed payment in full. It has been taken off my bank statement. It shouldnt be that hard to contact your customers whenever you cannot fullfill an order and it shouldnt be that hard to contact the company of whom you decide to do business with. Im happy to say that Fairy princess clothing no longer has my money or business.
