Customer Service P.O box 2508 Cincinnati, OH 45201

Article Number 7011-0110-0000-4779-0477

This package was regarding Faith Victory Christian Center tax ID # 432069992.

In this package I explain how this so call pastor broke up my family and took money from my wife who he has brain wash.

In addition I sent you a copy of a letter that was written by Superior Court Judge Jerome O. Harley of the state of Delaware.

I am puzzle why the Cincinnati, OH branch of the Internal Revenue has not sent this information over to the criminal division as they told me they would several weeks ago; but at last check I was told that my information was just sitting there.

I respectfully request that you contact the IRS EP/EO Division Customer service department and fine out why are they holding on to this package.

I understand that some people do not want to go after a church but this is not a church this is a cult and when this organization is investigated you will see that this is a practice that is being used by people like Bill Winston Ministries tax ID number 73-127-7255 classification code 7

I have been granted sole custody of my two sons because even the family court judge could tell that the mother had some mental problems.

I also want to thank you for offering to be the mediator between myself and Faith Victory Christian Center in addition it was pleasing to hear from you that you had talk with my ex-wife and Pastor Walker last night.

I am sure that as long as we continue to communicate in addition to having you as the mediator we should be able to rectify this problem.

As per your request I am sending you another copy of the complete Custody order render by THE FAMILY COURT OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE.

Also per your request and per my word I will not send the letter off that I have sent you while in negotiation as long as you continue to mediate this matter.

On July/01/2010 you received a certified letter from me requesting that you stop
taking money from my family and to return the $800.00 that Yvette stole from her
family; I gave you several clear and detail reason why you were obligated to
return the money; in addition I address you as head of my family and inform you
that you were breaking up my family; as of today you still have not address the
letter and have disrespected me as a man.

Recalling your statement you made to me a few months before Yvette filed the
first of two protection of abuse order against me; you stated that Yvette was
like a daughter to you; so today I am asking you why is my ex-wife homeless?


Why is my Son's living in various different motel rooms with their mother?
Why is my son's going to school with their feet hanging over the front of their
sneakers?
Why is my ex- wife sleeping in her car on some nights.
Why have my son's grades drop in school from a gifted student to a depress
little boy.

How come my son's can not get their school assignment completed properly when
they are with their mother living in a motel room.

How come some of my ex- wife family no longer want to help her?

Most of all I need to ask you; How come you are not doing anything to help her and
her son's?

You brainwash her and you had the police to meet her at your cult center not
once but 4 to 5 times to escort her home; trying to make me look like I was the
problem so you could have me removed from my home.

Alvin Walker your hands are dirty and you are a false minister you have broken
up my family and now you have left my ex- wife on her own in the streets; you
are as guilty as those who killed Jesus Christ.

You preach about giving 10% to your christian center; let me ask you a question;
is it not true that were a person ties is were they should received help when
needed? Were is my ex-wife help?

Since; Yvette is like a daughter to you how come you are leaving her homeless
with two little boys? Thank God you are not my father!

How come Yvette, cannot pay her half for my son's school trips.

How come Yvette cannot keep a home for her and her son's?

How come we are about to lose our home to a foreclosure and Yvette will have a
$183,000 foreclosure on her credit report.

How come you did not pay her rent when she needed help?

Alvin Walker were is the blessing you told my wife that she will be receiving ?
She is falling quicker then uncontrollable diarrhea and you are to blame you
broke up a relationship of 29 years and you destroy a 14 year marriage; you
broke my son's heart and you stole their joy in addition to their right to be
raise by both parents in a signal home; how do that trophy look on your wall?

To make matter worst for Yvette she stands a great chance of losing her son's.

I a sure you that I will do every thing in my power to cast you out of this
community and to prevent you from destroying another family.

You knew what you were doing and you would not stop until you could break me;
but here I am still standing regardless of the pain you have inflicted upon me
and my family as I told you before I will not join your cult!


I have no regrets regarding the kind of husband I was and the kind of father I
am; most of all I am proud of the man I am today!!!!!

Alvin as I explain to you in my first letter if you were not going to do all the
things that I was doing for her like pay her bills and make sure she has a home
to live in and provide for her and her son's then to leave her along; but no!
you cause her to file for divorce and you brainwash her just like Jim Jones did
his followers; and now since she has nothing you can take from her you left her
in the street like a dog.

This woman was my wife and she is the mother of my son's and regardless of all
the things you put this family though I still love my ex-wife and I know that
she has a problem and need psychological help and I will make sure that our
son's will continue to show their mother love and understand that their mother
is ill.
I am divorce in men eyes; but I answer to a higher power then you and I made a
vow in Gods present for better or for worst until death do us part.

So if my son's mother ever wake up out of the darkness you put her in then her
family will be their to support her; that is what being a man and the head of a
family is all about.

In closing; I am glad that I am not you; and I would not want to have to answer
to God ;or the court of law for your despicable crimes; the ones you will be
judge for soon.
