Spread the word. I am hoping this will show up in google when people google the number

This is a fake law firm. They will not tell you the name of the firm (Maybe they will use M. Callaghan & Associates or M. Callahan & Associates) but will not identify the lawyer who runs this. When does a law firm not identify attorneys?

They will try to scare you into thinking you owe money by violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and making threats that you have been sued and they want to take your deposition over the phone. They will then throw a handful of legal terms at you to make them sound legitiamte.

It's a call center with employees being paid hourly to scam you to the next level of scam

Some Call Center Names:

Sage

Caitlin

Derrick Stevens

Steve Klien

Donnie

They will answer "Legal" or something else

Once you get past there then you get to a "Mr Martinez"

I am hoping this thread will encourage everyone to avoid them and post as much information to bring these scam artists to justice. If they want to pretend to be a law firm then let them pretend to do so a "prison lawyers"

Many anti-scam perople have resorted to crank calling them as payback and have filled their mailbox.

Remember, the more time you waste, the less time they have to scam people.

Sassy

This fake law firm uses Callahan and associates or Ryan Law .Here is the employee directory. I think some people play 2-3 of these characters as their voices all sound alike. Travis Bailey 1208, Donnie Edwards 1221, Derrick Stevens 1218, Mark Callahan 1203, owner Alan Martinez 1239, Michelle Jones 1212, Kaitlin Campbell 1211. Brittany fields 1213, Abby carter 1215 ,Aaron Evans 1217, Ryan James 1207, owner Jeffrey Edwards 1219 ,Earl Johnson 1206 ,Emily (no last name) 1240, Daniel Vega 1216, (Nobody) 1223 ,Nicole Wilson 1205, Priscilla sedolo (sp) 1210 Voice mail 1001 Shay Moore 1222 Jonathan Klein 1209. To fill up their voice makl so they can’t scam victims. When you get the voice mail 9pm - 6am EST hit 0 when the voice mail begins Then hit 1 Then the extension To leave multiple messages you hit #121 (regular) #122 (urgent Once the mailbox is full you won’t be able to leave messages and will have to hang up and pick another one Remember with a full mailbox potential Victims cannot leave messages to get scammed
