Fake Law Firm: Callaghan & Associates / Callahan & Associates Scam Collection Agency 408-987-6304 and 1-800-268-0307 FAKE LAW FIRM ILLEGAL ACTIVITY California

My daughter called me the other day and advised me that she is getting phone calls from this Law firm and she is listed for legal documents for me and they wanted her to sign them for me. Then my ex wife called and she has been getting the same harassment calls and texts. Then I get a call and I knew right away that it was a scam. They are Claiming to be Callahan Law Group out of Longbeach California. They also mentioned a GC & Associates. The phone number that they are calling from is 833-937-3306. They left a different number for my ex wife to listen to a message. That number is 469-982-5000. Hopefully people will read this and not let themselves get scammed.

 You know it's funny when you see the way things are in someone's words compared to how they really are. Ex employee Abby Carter is a fraud herself. She Made it sound like she quit the workforce to be a mom and returned when her kids were grown.

This is false, she lost her kids because she is an addict who supports herself by living off of men she uses and swindles for money. I got her a job there because I wanted her to be able to be independent and not have to pretend she cares about men just to have a place to live.

She couldn't show up on time and be coherent on the phone. She was awake for so many hours she would fall asleep on the phone and talk jibberish. She got her son a job there and got him fired because she double cashed his check.

This was after she was fired but only after they kept her there for so long because they felt bad for her. She stole people's profiles because she also likes to commit check fraud to support her habit and life style. But it's her story so we'll let her tell it.

 I worked for this company, I was known as Abby Carter. Everyone names are fake names. The owner of this company is Justin Laurer. This company is located in Murrieta, Ca. Not 1 lawyer or legal account mediator in the place. The employees are paid 25 percent of what they collect. PERIOD. This place is basically a boiler room and needs to be shut down.

I had stopped being a collector when I became a mom. This was 15 years ago my kuds are grown and well finances are tight so back to work I went. Never did I think that this was what was going on in collections. There was debt from the 1980's , I got the scoop on what they were doing. They were ripping people off to line their own pockets with consumers hard earned money.

They call and threaten people and scare them into paying money that will never go towards any past due debt, that stuff was charged off, meaning the company that the debt was owed to has been given a tax write-off off on all that debt. So no you don't have to pay anyone ever unless the actual company you incurred the debt with has chosen to take you to court and sue you.

Believe me someone needs to stand up against these people and sue the pants off of them, they use deceptive practices to take your money they harrass people and scare them, it's wrong and disgusting.
