On October 30, 2016, I placed an order on the Falcon Tactical website for buy two, get one free flashlights for Christmas presents for my step0dad, real dad and brother in law. With the batteries, the total came to $145. This is a lot of money for me. I am a first year teacher, recently had brain surgery and am still paying off many medical bills. I was please to get a buy two, get one free deal for what I thought would be really cool presents as one is ex-military, one hunts and one is a former rocket mechanic and all are hard to shop for. The first hiccup in this process was actually the fault of the USPS. They did not deliver the package to my house and for some reason, marked that I had moved with no forwarding
address. This was untrue and once I realized this via the tracking information, straitened it out with the USPS and made my first call to Falcon Tactical. I explained the situation and that they needed to re-ship the product to me at the same address and I would get it this time, as USPS instructed me to do. With many weeks going by and Christmas getting closer, I continued to call weekly and was met with the same confusion each call stating I moved and they would not send the product to me. Desperate, a week before Christmas break, after okaying it with my boss, I called and changed the address to have them send it to my work. I explained the urgency in having it sent there before December 16th as we
would be gone for Christmas break, I was assured it would be shipped. I called December 12th, to make sure it was in route to me because I still had not shipping confirmation and was again met with the statement that I needed to give them a correct address and that it hadn’t been shipped out. At this point, I have made at least 15 calls and at least 5 emails. I was now being told they were not able to ship it to me at all. I told them I wanted my money refunded to me. They said my account was basically closed and they could not refund the money to card I purchased it on. I told them I wanted my money back and to figure out a way to do it. Much like many other times, I was promised a return call from
management or a return email, to which I never received. At this point, a week before Christmas, not only did I have to scrape up money to buy three more presents, I had to find three presents for the hardest people to buy in my life. Meanwhile still making calls and sending emails asking for my money back. I finally threatened Operator 115 with contacting the BBB and she stated she would mail my check to me. She stated I would have it in 10-15 business days. We decided over the phone that the date would be no later than January 11th. January 11th came, and I called and asked where my refund check was, Operator 115 again, told me to be “patient” and that it would “be there by the end of the
week” because of the holidays. I called again on the 18th, as it still had not arrived and the person I got at that point said they were just going to ship me out the merchandise. I was very, very clear in stating I was more than done dealing with their company and I wanted nothing to do with their flashlights. I wanted my money back! Again, I was promised a phone call or email form management on when I would receive my refund check as it was not processed. All of this time I am questioning why the call before I had been lied to, with no real answers from the people who hardly spoke English and were unwilling to transfer me. Today, January 22, I called again and spoke with operator 388 who was extremely
rude to me. I harshly explained I have been doing this since October 30th and I want my money. I am continuing to be jerked around because she stated the same thing, I would be contacted in 2 days by either a call or email. I just ant my money form these people and for people to know not to ever order from them!
