Both my sister and my niece worked for this company . They have both since quit so I know for a fact that you want to stay away from this company . They hae paid their employees with bounced checks and still the money both my sister and niece worked for has not been recovered. They have not been paid. The employees have been known to give out client information that is suppose to be confidential to other people while they are out drinking at the bar. In other words comments such as you see that person over there well they don't pay their bills so they have to use our services. Family Financial is unethical and not a good company in any way shape or form if you are smart you will stay away from this company.

I previously worked for FFEF and I can tell you this company is very ethical with consumer information. Everyone is highly trained for there positions there and certified as counselors if they choose to become. Never in all the years have they been accused of breaking confidentiality or paying staff with bounced checks. This is a non profit business. This complaint sounds more like retaliation then an honest complaint about the company. This complaint doesn't even come from the previous employees. This company is one of the best Credit counseling companies you will find. They work hard to be in compliance and ISO certified which by the way is not a easy task.
