Family Go Karts is a family run business that should not exist. I was so hesitant to purchase from them because I had read bad reviews. I decided to still give it a shot. I have had nothing but problems with this company. I'm not going to bore everyone with what's wrong.
The bottom line is the owner Jeff Backer is not a good business person. That company should not be in business. If you decide to buy any product from that company you better hope it doesn't come damaged. If you are reading this rip off report then 100% you should not buy any product from this company. It's not worth it.
With out going into much detail all I"m saying is buyer beware. You will no doubt regret purchasing anything from Family Go Karts.com

My dilemma with Jeff Backer and BW-Incorporated aka Familygokarts.com has been solved. Through discussions with the owner I shipped back the ATV that didn't work and he issued me a full refund. I did have to pay for the return shipping out of my pocket however I was not charged any kind of re stocking fee. I told him I would remove this report however I can't seem to find a way to delete it so instead I'm updating. In the end I received my money back exactly like Jeff had said he would do and have moved on.

Just as a follow up. I sincerely hope this just reaches out to at least one person that was thinking about buying a product from familygokarts.com. Their business name is also called BW-Incorporated. This company truly is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.
