 I have been suffering from a chronic pain condition for a year with no pain meds. Ran out of muscle relaxers no insurance go to ER get prescribed a narcotic pain med. Go to. Family Health thinking they're county health deptartment. Ask if they're able to refill per their narcotic policy. They said no but the doctor can get you a referral to pain management. Well I had to wait forever for the appoitment. Explained to Dr Rodriguez I have not been diagnosed with anything but it is thought that I have sacroiliitis. So no tests were run,Dr prescribed the pain meds. Go back for2nd visit refills them 2nd time but these have only been partial pain meds. So I ve been rationing them till my next appointment. You'll get sick when run out . Now this is my third appointment. He sent me to a chiropractor did nothing. And an orthopedic for what I'm not sure for I have scoliosis . he was no help for my pain thinks sports injury. Really 1 year later? He said he give me a referral so Dr Rob your livelihood wants to try depression meds not the pain meds So here it is still in pain no referral . no mrI really feeling like I am being treated as a druggy when all I want is a normal life without pain every time. I shift positions walk or stand or sit. I have to go to er every week wth thought it would be easy with insurance. They have a web portal and lied on his report for me that I asked for my pain meds repeatedly....I am simply asking for a refill on a script prescribed me that worked. Why do They give you a narcotic then say this works try this but you can't have them again and you can only get a couple weeks of script. And then you get scared of being sick when run out and the pain to come back. Errr.I am not perfect but I am honest and legitimately have chronic pain
