Family Mobile of Walmart Family Mobile scams people at Walmart saying that family mobile services are prepaid but customer relations doesn't work to complain and family mobile will not refund money they have taken to much of.  Wichita area wide Nationwide

Family Mobile is not of the United States they are an out of country company. I do not recommend Family Mobile service as a good phone service.

Cookie has been with Family Mobile phone service for at least 3 years and has had constant headaches with this service. Cookie had ATW with Family Mobile so payments were taken out of her bank every month around the 19th of the month, every month family mobile would cut Cookie off at time of payment for at least 3 days until she would call in to have her service turned back on. Cookie put up with this till May 19th of 2016, when she took her phone number and went to a different service. Now Cookie has been away from family mobile for a whole month and they still took money out of her account after she had cancelled the account with family mobile. Cookie called them to get her money returned to the bank and all family mobile said was that money taken out of bank account was money owed to them for past bills that were not paid.  Now if they have access and take the payment out automatically from the bank account how can she have past bills with a company that takes the money out each month. Plus this told to Cookie at Walmart that this is a prepaid phone service. The service rep at family mobile told Cookie to file a complaint at family mobiles customer relations web site, well she went to the web site and web site does not work, it would not let her on, it just freezes up and does nothing. In order to assure that Family Mobile honors their word Cookie is going to her bank and file a stop payment on her account against family mobile which costs 30 plus dollars to make sure that family mobile can not get any more of her money that they shouldn't have. Better Business Bureau will not do anything because company is not in the United States. I feel that if Walmart is going to back products sold in their store that they should be responsible if one of these companys is not performing right and is scamming their customers.
