They cheated me and others out of money and then place the blame back on use. They are thieves and should be put out of business for good. They told me they don't like Lawyers, well I can understand why!! Plain and simple( I called in for Legal services and they asked for my credit card number and billed me over 200 dollars on it and then they were not available for the appointment the next day or afterwards. Warning they will make every excuse possible , and say it is your fault and attack your principles. If you want legal representation go to a real Attorney, not these clowns!!!!!!!!!!! Check them out on the BBB...check all the comments and their rebuttals to the clients, and trust me you will think twice! Take a good look at the same excuses and lies!

I used the service and actually had great results. They were very attentive which is a huge change from the attorneys/legal services I have used in the past. I spoke with them on a weekly basis and I wasn't charged hourly which upon the research I have done I found would have cost me thousands.
They sent me a detailed User Terms of Service up front that told me all the costs. Sounds like all of these complaints neglected to read that User Terms or they would have known how the service worked.
You guys should really pay attention to what you are signing up for. If you do then I dont think this company would have any complaints. They are head and shoulders about the rest of any legal service that I have used.
