Signed up to the Family Time parental control app online having read throught their features. After I installed the program on my apple devices at home, I found the app didn't deliver what it promised for iOS devices. Within an hour of payment and download I requested a refund advising reality didn't live up to the advertised features.
Despute numerous emails to thier support desk (no phone available on the website) and much back and forth with the team (conflicting information - yes I will get a refund, no I am not entitled to a refund) I was promised a refund "soon", "24 to 48 hours" and now, six weeks later, nothing has been refunded. Disappointing customer service since it's been recommended by reputatble organisations (according to their website).
