Family Tree DNA Gene By Gene Scam, Fraud, Rude, Dishonest Houston Texas

I have been a customer of this "company" for 10 years this year. The last few years I have witnessed it go down hill. Refusing to answer questions, refusing to give information that was paid for in a timely manner. Three weeks ago I ahd a issue and I tried to call thier business number with in their posted hours of operation. All I got was their answering machine asking me to try back during normal business hours! This went on for over a week. So next I went to their forums to post my concerns under the forums marked "for complaints and gripes" And I posted my concerns there, I was muted on the forums, and then banned when I tried to find a moderator.

Almost two weeks ago I received a nasty phone call from "Tom" who said he was the customer service manager. I asked for a reason why their phone was not being answered and he refused to tell me anything. I then demanded my rights under our contract be enforced or I would get in touch with their legal department. He told me to try it and laughed and hung up on me! I have not been given a refund, Nothing has been explained to me as to why a customer can not get in touch with someone via the phone number listed on their site. Or why a customer needs to dig all voer the internet to find a phone that maybe answered some of the time. They are a bunch of scaming crooked frauds and I demand my refund AND answers to why I was not treated as a customer!
