We are being sued by Fan Distributing. We have never heard of them. Out of no where, we get served with law suit papers.
Never heard anything about this before we were served. Then we get papers telling us that this case went before the judge. We are about to have a judgement against us for over 10,000. We were never served with papers telling us to appear in court.
I researched the attorney...John A. Yanchek. I came to find out that he is all over the net. Apparently he is about to come under attack for fraud. He is a dirty lawyer.
We have just decided to try to find a lawyer of our own. The problem is that we can not afford one. Is there any one out there that can help us? Is there a free lawyer in Pasco county or a really cheap one? Help!!!!

AUTHOR: Fan - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Monday, September 18, 2006
Fan Distributing is owner of a 1997 Chevy Lumina auto loan for which Andy has been delinquent for many years. In order to try to resolve this outstanding debt, Andy was contacted to attempt to work out a satisfactory settlement of this debt. In March 2006, Andy responded, not denying the debt's validity, but saying that he didn't have ANY money to pay the debt. Fan Distributing was exercising its legal right to pursue judgment for the amount in question. In September 2006, the judge found for the plaintiff, Fan Distributing, that the debt was legally owed. It is now a matter of public record.
