Fandual advertises they will match your deposit 100% up to $200 on the initial deposit. This is disceptive as you only earn the matching bonus at a rate of 4% of future bets. So to receive the matching $200 bonus you have to deposit and bet an additional $5000 to receive this bonus. I deposited $200 with Fandual 60 days ago. I played/bet $5 on the first contest, didn't win. Fan dual then locked my account down. Reason says they need to verify my identity. I've responded to several emails giving full name, address, and social security number! Was very uncomfortable with giving out this info. To date I can get nothing from Fandual except auto email responses. Per their own marketing it states you can withdraw at anytime. I've tried several times and I get a pop-up screen says I'm unauthorized to play because my identity has not been verified. It's going on 60 days now with nothing but bs response from the company. This is definitely gambling that I feel the company you play against has loaded dice. I've been locked out and not been able to bet so therefore unable to attain what they advertise. I understand one of their own employees won $350,000 using data submitted to the company by worldwide players. I want my money back and I want to see the list of bonafide physical people who they claim are legitimate winners. It definitely is not what they put in the marketing they advertise every time you turn on an athletic sport.
