Fanfare Media Works BREACH there contract, our agreement was for 12 consecutive months of brochures that would be place at our loco vons super market in glendora,Ca. beginning on 12-1-08 ending on 12-1-09, well our first brochure showed up two weeks late 12-15 08 and that was our first and last brochure delivered to the store.
After making 3 months of payments and 3 months of asking several people about why were not getting updated brochures,no one could answer why but thay wanted me to keep making my payments, on 2-15-09 i told FanFare MEDIA WORKS that i want my money back, i was told no and that they would sue me if i didnt make my payments. On 3-16-09 i received a email from Stephanie Garzon (billing-customer care FMWOC,INC.) stating that i would be receiving a refund and that my contract has been cancelled, OK where is it?? i trying calling but no one answers there phone or returns the calls. what a RIPOFF
