FANTASTIC FURNISHINGS, LEE WEST, HOMELEGANCE.COM RIPOFF! SCAM ARTIST! I Paid $1900.00 for Furniture and NEVER recieved PHOENIX Arizona

On April 29, 2006 I met Lee West and was looking at furniture for my new home. I decided on a bedroom set and a desk. He told me his web site was homelegance.com and my wife and I picked out desk #302 and bedroom set #967. I asked him how long it would take to get the furniture and he said 2-3 weeks. I told my wife and she was very happy to get this furniture.

He asks for a deposit of $250.00 cover shippping and other costs, I said ok to that money. Then I get a call two weeks later saying that the furniture that was 2250.00 and the desk that was 1450.00 was discontinued to 1000 for bedroom set and it was only 900 for the desk. The only catch was that I had to pay for it before it could be shipped because it was discontinued. I said WOW!!! that is a hugh savings of 1800 dollars and I gave him the money right away.

That was on May 12, 2006..... Of course this is when the nice guy turns into a scam artist that he is.... Now he says that there are delays and what not... Now I am sure that you all know how this is going. All of a sudden I am harrasing the @$$ whole because he has MY money and wont give MY my furniture.

That was on May 12, 2006 I do not know what to do? My wife and I do not make a lot of money and we have a new addition to the family and he is 3ms old and takes up all of of time.

I have talked to him and he said that he will not pay me back and that he will not give me furniture. Then he has the nerve to say that this should be a learning experience for me.... Yeah it has DO NOT TRUST LEE WEST WITH ANYTHING!!! He will seem like a kind 50 year old man then he will SCREW YOU OVER.
