FantasticPlugins Broken Item with No Support from FantasticPlugins or Envato Internet

We purchased this plugin, http://codecanyon.net/item/smart-content-protector-pro-wp-copy-protection/5400835 from the Seller's Envato marketplace account. 

The seller has recently updated the plugin and added a watermark feature. This feature however, does not work! I have (as a paying user), commented in the item page on 5 different occasions to inform the seller of the issue and, instead of giving me an answer or making any attempt to resolve the issue, he deleted my comments (which I would assume is being done so that potential users can't see that there is a problem with the item). The seller is aware of the issue!

I contacted Envato support, informing them of the issue. They assessed the problem and a few days later, reported that they are unable to replicate the issue. I was also told that the item is up to marketplace standard (which is more of a joke than anything else).

If this is not enough, the support guy from Envato suggested that I consult their forums for support on the item OR make use of one of their freelancers to look at the issue. Are you serious?? I have to pay one of your freelancers to look into the issue? This is unacceptable! When I purchased the item, support was, and still is included! The seller is respsonsible for supporting his item. The fact that you suggest I ay a freelancer is a complete joke!

Now, more on the item issue. The watermarking feature has a few problems. Firstly, the plugin has problems has problems with cross origin resource sharing which was confirmed by a senior developer. Secondly, the watermark doesn't cover all images (only works on page images and not on post images). Thirdly, the watermark covers your logo image, ad image and even gravatar images which it shouldn't. In addition to this issue, the item also has several other problems (which is evident in the item comment page).

I have still not received any support on the item and up to this day, my comments are still deleted by the seller. Potential users should be made aware of the many issues that this item has. I will not recommend this to anyone for that matter. Furthermore, I personally feel that Envato may be biased towards sellers. This simply because they make money off them. I am not happy with the support they have given me in this matter, either.
