Cheapoair.com lies--they 40% to 60% savings and I found the same flights to and from Bangkok for $30 cheaper on the airline's own website; also they hide their ripoff policy deep in their "terms & conditions", which would require an attorney to decipher; they also claim that the airlines rules forbid rerouting and refunds but the airline stated cheapoair.com has complete control over the matter and the airline has no control at all!  I would strongly suggest  NEVER patronizing these SOBs--I will never touch them again.  Check the airline's website first and odds are you can get a better deal (NB:  I do not work for any airline and am not in the travel business). They stole my money charging me 8mo before I intended to fly, refused a refund or reroute, essentially telling me to "go screw myself".  [Before using ANY online bulk ticket reseller, check their fine print in "T&C" and don't do business with theives and liars like cheapoair.com].  Also their customer service people are rude and obnoxious jacka**es.
