I am now even more convinced that UNfairbanks is the evil snake they are showing themselves to be. I was showing a client of mine this afternoon a few houses that were just recently forclosed on. One house in particular grabbed me, why did it forclose? it was so nice and neat and in immaculent condition. Come to find out guess who stole this house from the owners. If you guess UNfairbanks, you are correct!

I told the broker who will be the one selling this house about Fairbanks, as he is the one who told me. I told him Fairbanks was no good and his respose was, "well they have made me over 100k in the past year". I AM SO FRIGGIN FURIOUS!!

I have tried to locate the homeowner, to no avail, but I am not giving up. There has to be someone out there that can help us all against this company. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE UP!!! DO EVERYTHING YOU CAN TO REFINANCE!
