Farmers Furniture Furniture broken in less than a year. Augusta, Georgia

I purchased a sectional sofa for 2500.00 in November 2011. The sofa was was not used until the week of Christmas waiting on hardwood flooring to be installed. Three weeks after using the sofa the sofa had a whole in the material about size if a qauter. They replaced the sofa, six months later the sofa is tearinng apart from the recliner. The sofa is worn out in a household with 2 adults in their late 50's. I call Farmers Furniture and they have told me for three months the partbwas on order. #1) how you order a part from to repair an item you have not inspected. #2) After three months I inform the company that the I will not make a payment until I was satisfied with the sofa. This company is a rip off they keep sending this old man look like he in his 90's to patch up a brand new sofa. You got to be kidding me.
