Farmington Bank Farmington Bank Fraud Department is a Joke Farmington Connecticut

I woke up on Tuesday May 2oth to find my entire Bank account had been drained of every doller. Three $500 withdrawls from ATM's in NYC; One on Fridat, One on saturday, and One on Sunday. At the same time, my card was being used be me in Connecticut hundreds of miles away.

The Bank took no action. They should have seen odd transactions in enormous amounts our of character with my account history AND that the card was being used in two States simultaneously. The Bank is refusing to expedite the return of my funds and I have been told I must wait 10 Business days for the funds to be credited back to my account even though this is obviously the banks error.

Farmington Bank is a joke. Stay away from them. They will tell you how sorry they are for your troubles and yet do NOTHING to solve the problem their systems clearly allowed to occur.

There are larger banks out there and smaller banks that actually care about their customers and would have closed this accoun the moment they realized there was suspicious activity.

If you are thinking about a new bank, go nowhere near famington bank.
