Farreys's Lighting Farrey's Lighting & Bath Refuse to refund us on their lights that do not work for our office North Miami Florida

Their company lighting expert/advisor recommended lights for our new offices. The lights were awful for our office and they refuse to take them back after explaining to their light advisor our needs for the office she told us these lights for $5000 should be great for the office. We ordered them but did not install them till months after due to construction delay of the offices.We had agents coming in and out of their office and for months complaining how the lights were dim and straining on their eyes. We had to take an electrician and pay them to change the lights. We had asked Farrey's to take the lights back and refund us but they said that due to the long period of time that passed they were unable to do anything. I explained multiple time why we waited so long because of the construction but they just gave excuse after excuse. Now we are stuck with $5000 worth of lights that dont work properly.
