Farwinds FCU Fairwinds Federal Credit Union is not a Credit Union more like a bank! Orlando Florida

Well I will start by saying that a credit union is known to be for there members and not for profit. That is the reason why they are taxed differently like BOA, chase and ect. There fees are outrages! I have a couple of situations where I can say they FAILED me as credit union. I set up a transfer file with them to transfer 10.00 to my savings so I can start some type of savings well one day those 10.00 was not there in the checking account and the OD protection they charged me 10.00 to put my own 10.00 in the savings account. Then I closed MY ACCOUNT! I work for credit union and I respect the values and our members and I help them like FAMILY because at the end of the day if they dont have an account here we dont have a credit Union. Anyways other situation is my husband is in the military and we are away from FL and in need of  a loan for car repair. Which my husband went with FW due to them being his credit union these people charged him 60.00 just to have the loan signed by Docusign!!! Which my credit union uses the service they charge about 4.00 for there service. Of course my husband could of denied the fee but they had already pulled his credit report and he was in need of a loan. I was outraged! Spoke with someone at the credit union then they advised me they would credit the fee. Then couple days later then they said the girl had made a mistake those fees are NON REFUNDABLE. I am okay with that because my husband did accept the loan. The reason why I want to share and complain about this is because Fairwinds as a credit Union failed us. Take money from our pockets because he is based in another state. Seriously they should be ashamed to be called a credit Union and really want to RIOT that they become a bank because they are no different than BOA or other greedy banks that charge for services that should be FREE!
