I sent the email below several times, regarding Order # AKA31098, Tracking # LY773470199CN:

I have emailed you several times and I keep getting this same form response;

I want you to tell me where my order is immediately or I will be reporting you to every business bureau and scam report site I can find.  Now I cannot even get into the tracking site.  If you do not let me know where my package is and when it will be delivered, or return my money immediately, I will be reporting you.

This is the answer I always get back; there is no other email, no phone number, no way to contact them:

Hi There,    Thank you for your email. We are working on your request and we'll get back to you within 48 hours. Our support is open 24/7  with the exceptions of statutory holidays.   FOR FLAWLESS BROWS' BUYERS, We apologize, but due to the overwhelming demand for this product, your order is currently on backorder. We expect additional inventory to be received soon, and hope to ship your order just as soon as possible. We anticipate receiving more inventory and ship these on or before 07/30.   You can track your order's status online at here: https://goo.gl/4B6u2q Again, we apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.   We hope this information helps and please let us know if we may be of further assistance.   Sincerely,   Customer Service Support Team
