Fashion Gal Insolent and impertinent to customers ripoff Sunland California

Basically, this store is fantastic if you are looking for cute clothes and cheap prices. However, that is if you don't mind being disrespected and harassed in front of other customers. Need I remind you--this is done by the staff of Fashion Gal. I no longer shop there because the store rips you off. Every which way. They have yet to discover this is America..and in America we speak English. They are fluent in Korean but God forbid you should have a complain or a question--unless you're Korean you're screwed. They refuse to return the product despite the fact it is defective, as mentioned in a previous report; their cashier does not work properly and calculations are written by hand on a piece of paper. Which if you bring in to exchange, they will not allow. Being a lawyer, this angered me quite a bit. I have considered taking legal action because just by stepping in that store it becomes obvious just how many laws they are breaking. The nuisance has diminished significantly and because of that I don't bother. I'd rather step inside a department store inside a mall and pay a few dollars more and get real customer service rather than step inside a more inexpensive store which clearly does not believe in any customer service, does not have any rules or regulations, and is bewildered about which country we live in. I'm done venting now. And I'm definitely done with Fashion Gal & any other store like it.
