 Their website claims their Louis Vuitton products are authetic.

Everything about it was fake from the plastic card to the attached tag to the plastic around the handles. One handle even broke off within the first day. I sent pictures and they said they would do "anything". I said I wanted t least 50% back and keep it. Then they said that I could keep it and they would "compromise" with me and refund 5%.

 

They also said if I try to return it, the shipping company "loses" the products a lot and I will not get a refund if it is lost. When I said 5% was not enough. They also emailed me back increasing the handling fee from 10% to 15% for returns IF they get them back.

 

They never denied the products were fake. I sent pictures of the broken handle. If I knew it was based out of China, I would not have ordered.

 

Here is my email so far with them:

 

You went from a 10% handling fee in your first message to a 15% handling fee in this message. You are taking more and more of my money. You think I am unaware? You are thieves AND liars. Give me the information to return it and I will let the credit card company handle you.

Well, I can refund you 10% payment. If you  insist on returning them, you should make sure we can receive them. From my  experience, it is very difficult to receive package from customers. Whatever you  believe or not, that's the truth. Customers don't have good business  relationship with express company, they don't know the international transport  very well. They don't know how hard it would be. After we receive it, we will  refund you but deduct $60 (shipping fee) and 15% payment(bank handling fee).  Please note: if the package was damaged or detained by customs, we can't  refund you. If you agree with this, I will send the address to  you.

No, a 5% refund is NOT a compromise. There is NO way a LV authentic bag   would have this problem. You have made false claims and if I return it, I will   likely hear the excuse that it was damaged so that you will give me none of my   money back. I will accept a 50% refund and keep it.

Thanks, Tony. Is there a place in the US where I can exchange it? If       not, who pays the return shipping charges for a refund? I am doubtful of       the authenticity of this LV bag and do not want to own a fake LV  bag.

Not a bad fake - seen worse but stop buying LV bags at store online.  The only way to get a REAL LV bag is at the LV store but since you wanted to pay 100.00 dollars or less then you got what you paid for.
