Fashion Product Sent me a handbag and charged me $6.99 for shipping. They then charged me $99.98 as monthly subscription as they say I didn't respond in 14 days not known, possibly Florida Internet

I received email saying I was receiving a handbag for free and only had to pay shipping costs of $6.99. On 8/31/2017 I saw unusual entry on my credit card for $99.98 marked Luminou*MyShoppingLIF  with 844-8432042 FL. I called that number and was told when I agreed to receive the handbag I had 14 days to respond or I was liable to pay a subscription of $99.98 each month. I advised them I had never seen such a request. They agreed to cancel future monthly charges but would only refund me 35% of the $99.98. They refused any higher refund.

I received emails from Fashion Products customer service with phone # 8662122377. I asked them for documentation where I had authorised such a monthly payment. They said they did not have paperwork as was an online transaction. They said I could trace terms and conditions on a web site but so far no luck.
