I have done quite a lot of research in the last day, and I have come to realize that this entire business is a scam. Throughout the entire experience, I had a feeling in the gut of my stomach that something was really off, but the real kicker was when Mike (if that's even his real name) asked us to sell bottles of this cheap perfume to our family, friends, associates, and relatives (FFAAR).
Along with wanting us to do this for some contest, we come to find out that these perfumes aren't even real. Mike goes on to say that this is a learning tool he is using in order for us to get used to pitching these perfumes to future wholesale buyers. As I was walking out of the office, they were spraying disgusting cheap perfume and cologne on each person. I refused to allow them to spray any on me. After leaving the building, I realized that if I didn't want that cheap stuff on me, who would?
The second I got home, I typed in fashion scents, and it led me to this page. I increasingly became disgusted as I found more and more information about this company and its relations to Larry Hahn. Larry Hahn is an intelligent man to have come up with such a system, and the only real person who wins in the end is him. Even Mike with his audi, is being cheated. Mike probably works crazy hours, and for what? To lie and trick people into selling these horrific perfumes to their family and friends so that he can make a few easy bucks. I'm sure that if calculated the amount of time and effort he puts into his company versus the time he can put into a real job, he would come out a winner with a soul.
I called Mike out on this when I was supposed to call him that night to give him an update of how many I had sold already. He told me that I found reports from people who weren't hardworking and were angry about it.
Mr. Gilchrist, every word that came out of your mouth is part of a script, a script that is being used across the country in many offices, a script that has been used since the seventies. He went on to ask me if I had been to college, yes, I have been to college and graduated, and guess what? Education has taught me to think logically with my mind, and see scumbags like you for who you truly are. He tried to warn us about our family and friends and not to listen to them. If I understand correctly, my family and friends are successful people, and they all achieved their success by not being shady.
Through my research, I have found that people can make money in this business, but there is a 99% fail rate, which means that in order to truly succeed in this business, it's not through hard work, but it's through the ability to hustle people and give people the hope that they too can become rich when in actuality, it's nearly impossible.
Mike parades himself around as a family man, and I feel sorry for his son. Some of the people he hustles, have kids to feed, yet none of that fazes him. I hope that one day his son will become more educated than his father and come to the conclusion that his father is crooked, and traded in morals for flashy things. That's all Mike could talk about; his money, his cars, his house, and his girl.
Although money is an important factor in surviving, I believe in working hard and working honestly is the only way a person can sleep soundly at night. I'm just glad that Mike did not make any money off of me, and I hope that one day he gets his, Karma is a b***h.

An Objective Perspective

Unfortunately, it seems theres a small amount of negativity and false information circulating the internet regarding myself and my business, and I think its based mostly on peoples misunderstanding of the opportunity. I thought Id post something brief that would help make things clear.
My business is involved in fragrance distribution with a business-to-business, face-to-face sales strategy that has worked for over 35 years. While it may not glamorous, and is probably not for everyone, it is a highly effective way of exposing our products to the market place.
Most importantly, my business doesn't ask you to invest any money, it's not a franchise, it's not a pyramid or multi-level marketing business, there's nothing to purchase, there are no sign-up fees. The only thing required from you is your time and hard work, and youll get a chance to run your own business. How many companies out there are willing to offer that?
Each person that has a relationship with my business has the opportunity to learn all areas of running a distribution office with no prior experience, education, or capital outlay. Average people from all walks of life are running successful distribution offices throughout the nation, each of which is independently operated.
Again, this is not for everyone, but the opportunity is definitely real, and many owners have gone on to make six-figure incomes running their own businesses.
Sincerely,
Kerry Brunson

They also lie about who they are affiliated with or giver you as little information as possible. Amanda Capirchio and Curtis Culpepper were my two office people...along with Kerry Brunson. Bad Bad liars..they arn't even good at what they do.
