I was doing a survey when I came upon a banner to order a cd from Video Profesor and Ebay for 3.97 and 1.97. When I received my credit card statement, there were other charges of 75.85, which were not authurized. I was only to be billed 3.97 and 1.97.

I consider this to be a fraud. I have filed a report with the local police and Washington Attorney General.
