Fast Auction Profit Signed up for info @$1.97, and they charge my card $50 per month x 6 St. George Utah

Like another person who was victim to this place, I took a survey and signed up for $1.97 offer. There was NOTHING that said they would charge my card $49.99 a month. If there was, I wouldn't have even tried it. I called and called and got no one at the 800#, and my Discover card continued to get charged. I then got the BBB in Utah involved and it is still there, but they want $75 for "binding arbitration". FAP has refunded one month to my CC. My CC has given me a credit for the whole amount but FAP says they will not pay. I sent a subsidiary of theirs an email about a month ago saying I couldn't reach any one and I wanted the charges to stop, and I wanted a refund. They never responded to me, but told the BBB that they had received my email but that it was too late to get anything but the one month's payment back. I KEPT that email, but it is now gone from my sent box. I believe they had a method to remove it from my email, and I also believe that they DO NOT have the info about the $49.99 charges in the information. I think they put it in afterwards, and they say that is their proof. They told the BBB that they had all my info, so that was proof that I signed up. Wrongo! I only agreed to the $1.97. It looks like I might be out $250!
