I borrowed 325.00 from this company in exchange for the title of my vehicle. Here it is 8 months later and I have paid them over 600.00 and still owe them 365.90. They charge 300% APR calculated at 25% interest on the average daily balance!

If I had known how outrageous their interest rates were going to be I would never done buisness with them.

On the first day your payment is due they start calling you to find out when you will be paying on your loan. After being 1 day late they start calling your personal references and provide them with the details of your loan and ask personal information about you.

Next comes the harassment in wich they tell you if you do not pay they will tow your car away and it will cost you a fourtune to get it back. After that they have the tow truck driver call you to inform you he is coming to get your vehicle so please remove the license plates off of it for him before he gets there.

They are extremely rude, unprofessional and do not mind giving out personal information about you to strangers.
My vehicle is now broken down, the engine has gone out in it. I will not be making anymore payments to them and I do not care if they come and tow it away. I will take my chances in a court of aw with these clowns!

Let me get this straight. You signed for a loan for $325, 300% annual percentage rate, 25% average daily balance, and you used your car's title as collateral. A 25 percent average daily balance does not come out to 3005 APR.

Find out from the loan company who much have you paid on the interest and how much have you paid on the principal. I have a feeling you have paid very little on the principal.

You signed the contract and now you are complaining of a rip off?
