I have received numerous threatening phone calls, allegations of defaulting on a loan I never received, yet the person I spoke to refuses to tell me how much I supposedly received or why I have never received any paperwork or even an email. I was told I would find that out when "local law enforcement dragged me to the federal courthouse". I was called a "criminal" yet when I asked for further information, the person I spoke to hung up.  In addition, none of the callers spoke English.
