I received a winning final notification of winning $250,000 in the Shoppers Sweepstakes. Enclosed was a very real looking check for $4998.00 which was to be used to help pay the taxes of the total amount. My daughter and I did some research to learn that it is FRAUD!!!! How dare people prey on others in this time of hardship and financial hardship. I am going to report this company to any and all law enforcement agencies so that they can be taken down.

Seems like they mail out those letters by the hundreds or maybe even the thousands. What clued me to start with is that I NEVER ENTER SWEEPSTAKES..EVER!!. Also, they spelled "securities" wrong on the letter head. These criminals are using what looks like a Wells Fargo check. Isn't there something the authorities can do about that? Even if they did, they'd close up shop pack up their printer, move to another location and change the name and start over.

Anyone receiving it should just read carefully and toss it!
