Fast Forwarding Securities Inc. Shoppers Sweepstakes trys to sweep me off my feet with a very real looking check for $4,998.00 But it's a fake not fall for this scam!! Midland Ontario

On February 23, 2009 I received a check in the amount of $4998 as payment on applicable government taxes for my big win of $250,000 for the SHOPPERS SWEEPSTAKES. The letter and check came in an envelope addressed to me with a computerized lable with no return address on the envelope. The postmark on the envelope was from Canada. The letter, as well as the check, looks very legitimate. I imediately searched the company online, which took me to the Ripoff website, where I learned the account that the check was drawn from was fraudulent and the whole thing was a big scam. I am very concerned for others who might fall for this very real looking con-game, especially in these difficult times. I hope and pray that whoever is responsible for this is caught and made to pay for their dishonesty
