Drove from Salem near W main street to Williamson Road to Fast lane Performance, The sales guy on the phone told a lie from the start, saying they would negotiate a price and they can give discounts to soldiers. When me and my cousin got there, they did not want to negotiate a price on the vehicle under any circumstances and claimed I was the one lying about the sales guy saying that. I was only offering a little bit below the Kelly Blue Book value any ways.

Argued with these crooks for a good 10 minutes until Wallace O'conner, the owner came outside and asked me what my problem was. I asked him what HIS problem was and then he said he would slap me down if I didnt leave the property. He physically threatened to slap me down. He also physically threatned to choke my cousin out and called us little puss***!

We left without anything else happening but it left us with a very bad taste in our mouths. This little shop has got a bad reputation according to people we have spoken to.

Apparently, in 2012 , they kicked a very well-respected guy, who was a manager at Advance Auto's customer service center, Off their property because he called them out on some BS about a Mitsubishi Eclipse they were selling.

They have a history of apparently kicking customers off their property. They are a pretty bad business and the owner, Wallace O'conner seems to get defensive way to easily. He is never wrong. He is always right and it doesnt matter that youre their customer.

Last thing is ----- when we first got there they addressed us with no respect whatsoever. we were called kids. Yes, they said " Whatcha need kid"? --- That is offensive and disrespectful, especially to me, A 27 year old Soldier who has served his country. Enough said.
