You had to have signed for a payday loan or they would not have your info. When you go to the website there is a link that explains the terms and that they ARE going to take $30.00 from your bank account and that by agreeing to their terms HAVE certainlly authorized it. They also clearly state any NSF fees caused by this is not thier responsibility.

However there is a section in the terms that explains it is refundable and I will copy and paste it below for you. Best of luck...

Fastloan4me.com Terms & Conditions

When you sign up at the Fastloan4me.com website, you will have the option of enrolling into the Fastloan4me.com Assistance Program. If you enroll into the optional program, Fastloan4me.com will produce an electronic check that will be withdrawn from your bank account for the one-time, non-recurring charge of $30.00 (Thirty-Dollars and Zero Cents).

Have if you ever applied online for a Payday loan? If so, This may be the reason they have your information. When applying for a loan online, You must be careful of the company. There are many bogus loan websites around just looking to sell/ steal your information. So you might want to report the transaction to your bank and have them close your account and open a fresh one. Also, If you want tot ake action against the company. Try reporting them to the BBB, FTC, And there are many FBI fraud centers you can report them to online.
