fast loan 4 me never asked for this company's help or did i ever talk or apply with them, and they withdrew money from my account. they are a scam, a real rip off. Internet

I was on line a few months ago looking at loan sites, i did enter my information on usa lender direct but this company hacked my info and charged my account. now i am overdrawn, i never asked for there service or never went to their website and never did i sign anything, but somehow they charged me for 30.00 dollars. and made my account overdrawn, and the numbers they give you  YOU CAN NEVER get a hold of anyone to talk to, i have 3 numbers and no one will answer any of them when i call. i am so upset, i work hard to have what little i do get and scams like this company rips people off. i have a few choice words for them if i could ever get a hold of them.
